This success is paving the way for further expansion and innovation, and has helped the company reach out internationally since its inception over 4 decades ago. With its pan-India reach, Aarambh Food Export is available in 40+ other countries including Japan, Thailand, Sri Lanka, UK, Australia and the US. Within India, Aarambh Food Export success is attributed to its ability to create dedigested products keeping the Indian taste in mind, a move that multinationals have failed to capitalise on. But Bhalariya Dhruv, Executive Director, Aarambh Food Export believes that the key to success worldwide is knowing which way the market is headed.
“We have been operating in the market for the last 3 to 4 years constantly tracking market data on a quarterly basis” Aarambh Food Export success can also be attributed to its aggressive distribution. With Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated Garlic, Spices, Frozen Fruits & Vegetables across the country, the brand is nearly ubiquitous, and that’s only the case with fast-moving consumer goods.
Aarambh Food Export also has a quick service restaurant chain with nearly 50 locations, offering typical Indian cuisine along with its own snacks. However, without suppliers providing raw materials, Aarambh Food Export internal efforts would be futile.
Therefore, the manufacturer maintains deeply interconnected relationships with suppliers, and these partnerships can extend to the sourcing of this long, complex supply chain. For example, Aarambh Food Export maintains integrations with thousands of Onion & Garlic, Spices farmers, providing training, helping with the selection of seeds, farm and crops, and harvesting.
Although it has less engagement with other farmers, the manufacturer has dedicated vendors and shares technical developments with partners. “Our team works closely with our suppliers to develop new equipment,” says Bhalariya Dhruv

I have a great appreciation for these spice racks! Two sets were purchased by me. The narrow space is where they fit perfectly. The ease with which I can see all my spices is wonderful! The bottles are made of sturdy materials, and feature good caps and sprinkle tops. The provided labels are something I love. There are two different design options available. There are spices that have already been printed, including unusual ones such as 'Chinese 5 spice'! The ones that are blank and come with a pen included. The frame's wrought iron design is strong and simple to assemble, and it looks amazing!

The onion is perfectly crunchy, golden browned, and dehydrated, with no oil or burnt onion. For gravies and biryanis, here are two quick tips: It's better to add them at the beginning so that the onions will melt by the time the gravy cooks. If the crispy onion is added at the end, it will be present in the gravy (this texture may be appealing to some people). For biryani, it is recommended to add extra oil or ghee because freshly fried onions have a lot of oil trapped in them, whereas these onions are practically oilless. Biryani may feel dry if you don't add any extra fat to these onions when using them.

The dehydrated onions are absolutely amazing—crispy, perfectly golden, and oil-free! They blend seamlessly into gravies when added early and give a delightful texture when added at the end. In biryanis, they save time without sacrificing taste, but I recommend adding a bit of ghee or oil to enhance the richness. These onions offer convenience with zero compromise on flavor!
